IGEM has a range of membership grades from students to qualified professionals benefiting from membership services, events and a comprehensive set of technical standards.

The brief

Develop a strategy and plan for optimising a key member proposition. 

What we've done

The first step was to carry out quantitative and qualitative research with IGEM members, employers and client groups to gather their views on how the member grade should develop. We then worked closely with the IGEM team to develop a framework for a new member value proposition, including benefits, pricing, key message and communications.
