    The Royal Institute of British Architects champions better buildings, communities and the environment through architecture and its members and it provides the standards, training, support and recognition that put its members at the peak of their profession.The RIBA is also a business Superbrand.

     

    The brief

    We have worked with the RIBA for many years and we've responded to individual briefs as they arrive from different parts of the organisation. 

     

    What we've done

    We redeveloped the content to promote the RIBA Conservation Registers. 

     

    We completed a brand refresh for an RIBA CPD service. 

     

    Prior to that we developed the creative for an e-marketing campaign. We have also completed and a range of other communications projects including social media campaigns, print and digital collateral, telemarketing and direct mail. 

     

    We have carried out a number of market research projects - both qualitative and quantitative - using online surveys, telephone surveys and face-to-face focus groups.  

     

    We have also developed a number of strategy papers for the RIBA.
