A medium-sized practice with a rich heritage that is looking to the future. In April 2009 the partners asked for help to create a marketing strategy and plan that would deliver growth and set them apart from their competitors.

This piece of work was designed to be a business asset and identified the objectives, strategy, target audiences and key messages. An activity plan detailed actions, dates and costs. We described it as a marketing tool kit.
