A brand identity refresh

This client's brand identity is now more consistently delivered across a range of channels and activities in terms of design and content. Comprehensive guidance is now in place for staff and suppliers to use. A new tag line and postioning statement, key messages and voice guidance are also in place so that witten content, online and elsewhere, is more compelling and sounds like it's from one organisation. 

 

New communications strategy and plan

This communications strategy sets out the framework by which our client implements communications activities and aligns them closely with their overarching strategic goals. Their communications plan is an action list, a tactical manifestation of the strategic work we carried out. It clearly shows what needs to be done in order to meet the client's objectives. 

 

The introduction of new member grades and value propositions

A number of clients in the membership space have asked us to assist in creating new member grades, including chartered grades and to assess and develop the value proposition of existing grades to make them more visible, relevant and attractive, welcoming and useful. A member value proposition clearly shows how membership of your organisation creates value while meeting the needs of members. You can have a value propositon for other audiences - customers, suppliers, legislators, etc. 

 

A whole range of physical and digital marketing communications

We've produced copy for websites, emails and e-newsletters. We've submitted press releases. We've written, design and produced brochures, postcards, display stands and stationery. 

 

Various member research projects

The research projects we've recently completed fall into two categories - qualitative and quantitative. For the qualitative projects, we used live focus groups and in-depth interviewing - both live and via telephone. These projects provided deep, rich insight from small numbers of respondents. The quantitative projects used online survey techniques and gathered data from larger samples. The improved understanding delivered by these projects has been used to aid better decision-making.
